Hey my name is Jonny!I work for Geon Training Solutions and we provide free training for people that are looking to get into work or for employers that want to upskill their existing team.I work with our clients and candidates to help find the best placement for both parties, this could be getting a young person into the construction trade through our great training programmes and then pairing them with a reputable company. This is the best part of my job! I don't believe there is a more fulfilling feeling than helping a young person make their first step into the workforce.. I also help businesses in any sector upskill their workforce in Mental Health, Lean Management, Customer Service and digital promotion. This is another part of my job I enjoy! I'm a firm believer of what you put into your staff is what you get out of them. I know I wouldn't be where I am today if I didn't have previous employers who put the time and training in me to succeed. I started my career out in recruitment sector and don't get me wrong, I loved it, but something was missing: fulfilment.
