Medvis prides itself on an adherence to solid design principles in providing a quality product. As the lead UI designer, I am responsible for the research, development, prototyping, and usability testing of all features associated with their PK/PD display, a program that models the effects of multiple medications on a patient in real time during surgery.

Helped manage, develop, and implement individualized therapeutic plans for 8 to 12 students. Interviewed, trained, and managed small team of mentors.

BioImmersion is a paid, competitive ten-week program offered to bioengineering and design undergraduate students at the University of Utah each summer. Designers and bio-engineers are placed in small teams and immersed in the clinical environment. The teams observe patient consultations, diagnostic procedures, treatment planning, and surgical procedures and then work together to understand and solve problems they see in the clinic and develop unique solutions to the difficulties facing physicians and patients today.

Reported on human rights issues in the European Parliament. Acted as liaison between HRWF and special rapporteurs on human rights in the UN. Researched UN periodic review with a special focus on freedom of religion.
