I lead the NatWest Structured Finance team across the South of England, South Wales, East and West Midlands and the East of England. NatWest's market leading structured Finance team is responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of strategic and event driven transactions including management buy outs, acquisition finance, IPO funding, recapitalisations for ambitious and growing SMEs, private equity backed entities up to FTSE 100 customers, across all sectors. I have extensive experience in leading high performing teams delivering funding solutions to support companies' growth ambitions including ESG financings, Infrastructure Financing, Project Finance, Risk solutions, Leverage Finance and Asset Based Lending. My experience in Structured Finance and Corporate Finance is extensive having worked previously at Deloitte. During my career, I have established a strong track record and an extensive network across private equity, UK corporates, advisors and management teams. I have a have a particular interest in supporting companies in their transition to a low carbon economy, both through financing and thought leadership.
