Professional Actor and Martial ArtistSifu Jonny Blu is a certified Instructor (by Grandmaster Carl Totton and The Whipping Willow Association of Grandmasters) and holds Black Belt degrees in Shaolin Kung Fu, Kenpo, The Core System and Limalama. He has 17 years of training behind him, under the instruction of Grandmaster Carl Totton at The Taoist Institute of Los Angeles in Burbank, CA. Blu is also proficient with multiple weapons, as well as Monk Fist, Qi Gong, Tai Qi Chuan, Water Boxing, Chin Na (joint manipulation), Tui Na (healing art) and Iron Palm.Blu is also fluent in Mandarin Chinese; spoken, reading and writing. He attended university at UCLA and Peking University in Beijing, China, graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors.Blu was also a well known Chinese Pop singing artist in Hong Kong and recently performed on the Beijing TV Chinese New Year Gala 2014.Blu has also lived, traveled and studied extensively throughout Asia, including China, Hong Kong, Mongolia, Tibet, Nepal, India, Thailand, Laos, Malaysia and Singapore.
