Passionate about promoting excellence in non-deficit autism and neurodiversity wellbeing and self-enquiry in all sectors. Over 14 years experience in dialogue facilitation and 8 years in coaching and training in autism. I formulated the Autism Dialogue Approach® in 2017 (handbook available in 2025) and founded Dialogica with a team of experienced coaches, mentors, trainers and researchers.Talk to me about safe dialogical learning environments, where all who are impacted by misunderstandings and exclusion can come together to foster improved relationships, share experiences and develop common understanding and acceptance, for better lives, work and vocations.Just finished two years as a Trainer of Trainers at the National Autism Training Programme, working with professional healthcare staff to become autism awareness and mental health trainers of staff themselves.
