Project Engineer
Current- Develop Project Execution Plan of EPC Lum Sum project for a new 320 KBSD Diluent Recovery Unit and 260 KBSD Vacuum Distillation Unit. This is part of Horizon Project designed to increase the synthetic crude oil production from 110 KBCD to 250 KBCD- Performed economic evaluations of losses due to lower throughput, lower yields, higher operational costs or construction delays in order to define Liquidated Damages for VDU-DRU-HSU Project- Managed interface with internal stakeholders for the interconnection with existing units and development of Pre-commissioning Plan - Coordinate development of Basis for Design for Debottlenecking Studies of CNRL Upgrader (Atmospheric and Vacuum Distillation, Delayed Coker, Hydrotreaters, Sulphur Units, Utilities and Offsites in order to increase Synthetic Crude Oil Production by 30 KBSD - Coordinated with Licensor and Process Group the Study to Increase the capacity of 2 Hydrogen Production Units by 15%, Nitrogen Production Units by 1100 to 2400 sm3/h and evaluate changes required on the Flare System to support the 285 KBD Synthetic Crude Oil production
