As a Senior Director, Business Development - Capital Markets of TMF Group, I have more than 20 years of transaction experience in the financial services industry. TMF Group helps clients invest and operate safely around the world, serving more than 60% of the Fortune Global 500 and FTSE 100, and almost half the top 300 private equity firms. TMF Group’s global capital markets practice offers a range of administrative, agency, SPV/issuer and trustee services, across industries and clients. Our unique global footprint ensures we can provide clients and transaction parties with real time assistance from our local experts. We have substantial experience helping clients with new and refinanced securities, syndicated loans, secured transactions and multi-jurisdictional transactions. In my current role, I am responsible for capital markets deal origination (ABS, CLOs, structured credit, securitization, private credit, loan syndications, restructurings, project finance, film financing, music rights, M&A, etc.) both on the west coast and globally as well as provide support for the groups ambitions in growing the capital markets practice in the APAC region. I leverage my relationships and experience across many global banks and as well as my transaction advisory and execution background gained across the capital markets, loan syndication, private credit space and securitization. Additionally, having worked in the UK/Europe, Asia Pacific and North America has helped me to gain a very deep understanding of the global capital markets and nuances across various countries and market environments.I'm passionate about building relationships, collaboration and innovation among our 10,000 experts and 120 offices, and becoming a trusted advisor and global markets expert.
