After a few years pounding pavement as a commercial insurance underwriter with GAIG, I realized with so many manual processes ripe for automation, I would be better suited to combine my business experience with technical expertise. So I joined an agile transformation trying to create business value with RPA solutions.It did not take very long acting as a supporting analyst team member to learn the best way for me to add value was to participate in development directly. There is a special joy in building tools to empower others.I love to learn and believe self education is one of the most important pursuits. The online community teaches me development every single day. The Django docs and stackoverflow threads introduced me to Python years ago, but the learning never stops.I know this world is a complicated place, and I want to understand it. I am an incredibly friendly guy, but I am not afraid to assert myself. I am a quick talker, and a quick thinker. I try to be the best at whatever it is I do.
