About Jonny Guekguezian
As Music Business/Management major at Berklee College of Music, I learned from some of the best professors and mentors in the industry. As a Talent Relations Ambassador at the school, I spearheaded collaborations with top artists, producers, and executives to create opportunities for hundreds of Berklee students to connect with and learn from them. In addition, as a former A&R Intern at APG, a leading independent music publisher, I conducted independent research on the publishing status of thousands of songwriters and producers, assisted in the promotion and maintenance of a marketing campaign for independent artists, and scouted talent in the Hip Hop/R&B genres.My first entrepreneurial experience came with the founding of Berklee Hip Hop in which I worked alongside both critically acclaimed artists and students to promote concerts, programming, and hip hop culture on-and-off campus. In this role, we provided significant career opportunities for both students and artists within the Boston community. I am passionate about discovering and developing new and diverse voices in music, and I bring my creativity, leadership, and music skills to every project I work on. I am eager to join a team that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence in the music industry.
