Engaged to manage a team of Data Migration Analysts providing a Data migration Strategy, Business Requirements, Data Mapping of sources to target systems, and Data Migration Build. Produced business transformation rules for extract, transformation & load phases; defined risks, assumptions, issues & dependencies; Planning & change management; documented migration deliverables. The aim was to successfully migrate from multiple Source Systems to the new software thus enabling the new JV Company to be more competitive with an improved Customer experience.

Charged with executing the delivery of this 3rd-party software update. Defined the steps necessary to execute the software update; audited and revised the prior update plan; implemented a new, automated test system; upgraded the associated database; and migrated all necessary data. Turned around this project which had been stalled for multiple years, avoiding the loss of vendor support and improving the business user experience.

Worked with C&W to support the initiative; coordinated IT resource allocation; created project plans; and managed internal stakeholder relations during the project. Succeeded in setting the foundation for Barclay’s subscription to the global account reconciliation system.

Engaged to lead database, OS, 3rd-party software and infrastructure upgrades. Liaised with stakeholders to identify and analyse requirements; managed 3rd-party suppliers; drove new development and enhancements to existing systems; and oversaw the migration of data following database, OS, software and infrastructure implementations. Improved user capabilities and experience, technical capacity and security.
