Prepared all alcoholic drinks and specialty non-alcoholic drinks for the entire restaurant while maintaining all health and safety standards. Began as a host working through multiple positions in my time with the company. I was a lead trainer and shift manager and moved to multiple locations to assist as needed. I was an assistant kitchen manager for two years and helped completely retrain the BOH staff at that time. I have trained 30+ employees and managed shifts of 20 employees. I was responsible for keeping and maintaining food and beverage inventory and receiving inventory multiple times per week. I was extremely versatile and could help in any area as needed during my shift. I wrote schedules for employees as well as completely reformatted training programs and procedures.
