• Management of all online sales, customer support and marketing activity • Responsible for the design and development of the Nomad website, marketplaces, customer service department, partner relations and related marketing• Reporting into the Directors; working closely with internal and external partners of the business to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are supported• Direct management of 4 members of staff and indirect of an additional 7, in charge of all recruitment and training programs• Implementation of an online booking system, call centre and its appropriate algorithms, a multi channel ecommerce (ebay and Amazon) and migration of company ERP platform (backsystem)• Development of a web site and marketplace project roadmap, policies regarding visual merchandising and product exposure• Technical analysis of website, marketing and page performance• Social media integration, ensuring partner social media interactions strengthen the brand• Established a National marketing campaign, including organising/attending regular travel shows and health talks• Increasing site traffic to partner landing pages through direct and indirect marketing campaigns • Implementation of a Marketing asset bank (both digital and physical)• Working with the customer service manager and customer service team to ensure all channels; Email, Live Chat, Call, Facebook and Twitter fall within a Nomad SLA• Development of an audit system to ensure support is consistent• Data analysis to evaluate peak support times and streamline staffing to ensure greater efficiency and customer service performance
