Digital, Performance & Commercial As a member of the Trust Executive Team I am the executive portfolio holder for digital, performance and commercial services.Working closely with system leaders I provide executive leadership for a range of services including:Digital: IT & Information Services. A relentless focus on building infrastructure to support sustainable growth, curating and assuring digital standards, relationship and performance management of strategic partnerships and supply chain services.Performance: As a member of the academy development teams I work in partnership with system leaders to co-author our Trust Standards Framework to deliver performance insights to stakeholders across the organisation. Provisioning of performance data, data flow and providing reports for Trust Board sub-committees / Executive Team meetings.Commercial: Providing executive leadership for commercial services and partnerships. Developing key strategic partnerships and networks. Working in concert with Directors of Service for Mindspace and Positive Regard to develop and delivery their strategic plans.In addition, I am the DPO responsible for ensuring organisational compliance inline with the General Data Protection Regulation.

Chair the Heads of Sport network group providing strategic leadership to regional representatives through a variety of channels and media. Represent the Yorkshire & Humber regional at the National Curriculum Advisory events collaborating with AoC representatives to affect policy decisions and influence sector partners and stakeholders.

Head of Learning Sport, Public Services & Land-based provision at The Sheffield College. As a member of the Leadership Team I contribute towards the development and success of the College through delivery of organisational objectives that contribute to the economic prosperity of Sheffield City Region.I am focused on developing an outstanding student experience, innovation and partnership working including the growth of apprenticeship provision. I posses a passion for learning innovation and technology enhanced learning.Chair of the IT, Management Information Systems and Technology Enhanced Learning strategic change initiative group. Responsible for initiating, enabling, monitoring and evaluating a variety of strategic change projects as part of the colleges value chain activity.
