Seconded to Cargo.one for a 6-month period to support the product team with the design and evolution of their suite of products, while they looked to recruit multiple product designers.

Responsible for leading a team of 10 in the design and build of online user experiences for Plusnet plc and other major clients.These include online sale journeys, online account management tools and internal Customer Relationship Management tools (CRM).I was responsible for all aspects of online user experience including information architecture, interface design, web development, user research and testing, execution of sales/marketing strategies and analytics.Major clients and partners included BT, John Lewis Partnership, Logica and LivePerson.

During 2010 I assisted a business restructure taking the role of Acting Head of Engineering for 4 months, managing a department of 60+ staff both on-site and offshore.

Collaborated with marketing, product, engineering, and customer service teams to identify and implement opportunities to improve online sales conversion and enhance customer self-service, effectively reducing inbound contact.
