This involves making sure all the steel structures are made on-site, pipes are welded correctly, pressure parts are put together, everything is set up, and quality is guaranteed, all while following safety rules.-Established the dissimilar welding of Grade 91 and Grade 22 in OTSC headers, through critical analysis of welding parameters, pre heating and heat treament temperature. -Inmproved the throughput of panel fabrication by 30%, thorugh addresing the bottleneck workcenters.-Eliminated the hot crack in Submerged Arc Welding of Grade 92 material, and improved the turn around time (TAT) by 40%.

As a senior engineer responsible for the production of Once Through Super critical (OTSC) boiler-sepeator (60M). It includes establising its sub components and complete fabrication of the seperator. -Improved the welding froove profile of the seperator nozzle and also reduced its machining time. This is achieved through critical analysis of the weld nozzle accessibility, engineering strength requirements, by optimizing the CNC programing.-Replaced the huge quantum of SAMW (Shielded Metal Ard Welding) with FCAW ( Flux Cored Arc Welding) which turn around time by 40%.- Elimated the root contamination of pipe butt join, in TIG welding. This is done through the improved purging and welder skill analysis.
