Work directly with HR, payroll, time, tax, benefits, mobile, developer platform, and integrations engineering teams throughout projects.• Spend roughly 75% of my time on the technical side (both on technical direction and leadership as well as hands on IC work writing code myself) and 25% on business/product strategy, mentorship, and direct people management across Zenefits.

• Vida is a mobile first platform connecting people with chronic mental and physical health conditions to a marketplace of personalized health coaches and experts who tailor individualized, evidence-based clinical programs to each client. • Led lean engineering team and developed multiple parts of the product from scratch, including native iOS/android apps, an intelligent web based coaching dashboard (React), a shared web server and infrastructure across all clients (Django/Rabbitmq/Celery/Postgres), native voice/video chat (RTC protocol), 3rd party integrations with all common health devices and apps.
