Business Unit Continuous Improvement Manager
CurrentContinuing with the role of Operations Strategic Project Coordinator, I took on the position of Business Unit Continuous Improvement Manager. This new role involves overseeing the work of five Improvement Project Managers, each dedicated to one production plants in Spain and Portugal (one manager per plant). The establishment of this new role stemmed from the necessity to harmonize the operations across all plants, ensuring that their projects are in line with the corporate strategic vision. This move aims to foster collaboration, sharing of best practices, and the adoption of common methodologies among the plants.Responsibilities• Coordinate Improvement Project Managers activity (definition of work dynamics, area scorecard follow-up, project follow-up, communications).• Responsible of Operational Excellence processes for the Business Unit.• Standardise tools, methodologies and ways of working, while extending best practices to other sites.• Plant audits
