Promoted for leadership and performance, I manage the MN, IN, IL, and MI market where I recruit, manage, develop, and coach a 9-person customer-focused Territory Sales team respected for consistently outpacing objectives. In this position, I develop and execute a region-expanding strategy and assist with complex contract and price negotiations to ensure our clients needs are met. In this role I led regional efforts to increase new business within the Hospitality and Hotel Management specialty market. Connecting closely with leaders within the regional segment, I learned their needs and created programs to ensure their complete success. I collaborated with three Regional Sales Managers and 13 Sales Representatives across 14-states to drive the execution of strategic sales programs and maximize revenue and profits. Partnering with a motivated dealer channel, we were able to build market awareness and influenced others through industry events and affiliations driving increase business across our regional segment.

Leveraging my extensive fitness industry and B2B experience plus wide-ranging digital, technical, and marketing background, I established and nurtured relationships with C-level decision makers at 400+ accounts where I sold fitness equipment to various verticals including hospitality, multi-housing, universities, municipalities, and corporations, as well as all health clubs. Serving as a trusted advisor, I provided expert design consultation on the optimal layout for fitness facilities including facility planning, equipment mix and product selection, and marketing. Always prioritizing the client first, I was consistently recognized as a Top Ten sales finisher.
