Heavily involved during the Post-Production process by managing and prioritizing our bug database to deliver a world-wide simultaneous ship over 11 console SKUs with pre-launch patches. Transitioned to spearhead the Live Support efforts by turning community feedback and issues into actionable items resulting in several post launch patches.Post Arkham Origins, I provided additional support on Batman: Arkham Knight.
