Designed an average of four emails a week, including versions for multiple customer segments. Collaborated with the Email Retention team on testing strategies and presented concepts to hit each email drop objective. Updated the look and feel for each season and holiday.Created and maintained the site experience across the homepage, landing pages and category pages. Worked closely with Site Manager to concept and update homepage elements weekly.Trained freelancers in email and banner production, reviewed work and provided feedback. Designed social media campaigns that spanned Facebook, Twitter and RedEnvelope's blog.

Produced and managed online banners for internal and external clients from Google to Yahoo! Color corrected, retouched and optimized product and lifestyle imagery for the site. Worked with Senior Designer to create email and site pieces.
