• Management of both of JFI’s asset management mandates—comprising International Parking Group (owner portfolio of BOOT-style hospital car parks) and Etihad Stadium (formerly Telstra Dome, in Melbourne).• IPG mandate involved provision of full management services, including commercial negotiations, financial accounting, new business development, liaison with financiers, IPG Board and investors.• Etihad Stadium mandate involved oversight of the stadium business on behalf of the (primarily) superannuation fund investors—dealing with major commercial decisions, debt finance facilities, valuation, business planning and new investment proposals. Etihad Stadium is effectively a BOOT project whose 25-year term expires in 2025.
