    Responsible for Supply Chain and Mfg Operations in the Moseley organization structure. The company is developing and marketing a new highly sophisticated microwave radio system platform based on proprietary microwave and signal processing chip technology developed by Moseley. Responsible for Supply Chain strategy working with several different EMS partners in Asia. Successfully transitioned manufacturing of existing radio and VSAT products from legacy Philippine factory to new EMS partners in the Philippines and Thailand to improve execution performance. Led implementation of new MIC/Hybrid assembly capability at lead EMS partner to achieve high frequency performance. Supply Chain is developed and optimized at fabrication, component and assembly level and integrated in partnership with EMS supplier to achieve overall success. Driving new product transitions from development through NPI to volume manufacturing and service support focusing on product cost, time to market, and supply chain control.

    One of five individuals to lead a MBO of the Microwave Radio Product Line of REMEC after that company was sold. Directly responsible for Engineering (SD) and Manufacturing Operations (Philippines) and member of the BOD driving the overall company strategy. Helped grow the company from $17M annual revenue to $160M at its peak in 2012 to become the leading independent global supplier of microwave radio ODU subsystems. Productionized a new proprietary ODU design developed by REMEC and marketed as a standard OTS solution to the microwave radio market, reaching a shipment capacity of 5000 units per week at the revenue peak, second to only Ericsson at that time. Diversified the company by hiring a design team out of Harris in Montreal to add a new Indoor Radio to the product portfolio. Was able to start production within 12 months. Restructured the company with a declining ODU market after 2012 as a Tier 2 radio systems supplier, accelerating the diversification process. Added modem and signal processing technology to the ODU platform to create a new Outdoor IP Radio product, acquired millimeter wave radio supplier Bridgewave Communications in San Jose in 2013, expanded into the VSAT market with a new BUC product, and sold the Philippines factory to a local EMS provider in 2014 to shed almost $10M in overhead costs. Increased the customer base by 4-5X with no single product being more than 30% of the total revenue. Sold the company to Moseley Associates in 2015.

Led corporate reorganization from separate operational groups to global product lines and centralized offshore manufacturing to improve operational efficiency and cost structure, netting $30M in operating expense reduction and synergies. Managed operating budgets, staffing, strategic planning, product planning and forecasting, technology development and program management at seven different sites across Europe, US and Asia (>500 people). Achieved strong revenue growth (>80%) from re-focused product offering consisting of Base Station PA/RF Subsystems, Antenna Line Subsystems, and Microwave Radio Subsystems. Integrated several acquisitions into the new product line structure including Spectrian, Paradigm Wireless, Solitra and MRI. Sold off non-core and non-performing businesses in SMR and FWA.
