Grateful and excited for the opportunity to further impact the nonprofit sector here at Jitasa. In 2021 we started working with 300 new organizations and impacted over 1,000 whose reach extends to every corner of planet earth. After eleven years, I'm still as excited as ever about the future of Jitasa.

- Responsibility of sales team and collective annual sales plan- Implementation of CRM best practices for maximizing sales time and deal flow visibility - Install sales automation functionality for broader sales team to maximize time spent on deals- A/B test sales processes changes for increases in pipeline conversion rates

- Create and allocate annual marketing spend- Integration of data from disparate internal systems for managing marketing to sales ROI in service sales- A/B test marketing spend to maximize ROI- Create new and cut old marketing channels to meet stretch sales targets- Ongoing management and support of marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns in all channels

- Responsible for three acquisitions from inception through integration- Managed and conducted in person and financial analysis of acquisition targets- Managed the transition of all physical and digital assets to Jitasa- Led integration groups for cultural structure of combined organization- Selected and transitioned acquired companies to department heads

- Oversee team operations of seven teams consisting of 30 + individuals- Create and submit the annual team strategic operating initiatives plan and budget- Plan, produce and track training curriculum for individual development on all levels of the team- Conduct employee time study analysis to make strategic operating decisions- Acting point of contact for key stakeholders of strategic client organizations (CEO’s and Board Members)- Project manage and work with solutions architect and technology development team to improve internal efficiency and client facing products- Travel to clients location and conduct analysis on processes and software configuration for increased accuracy, efficiency and use of best practices

- Managed a team of 12 and 2700 hours of recurring monthly client work- Provide management and oversight to all monthly processes for 29 non-profit organizations- Analyze internal and external processes for efficiency and accuracy for Jitasa and clientele- Conduct in depth analysis of client financial statements and draw conclusions from that data- Project manager and key point of contact for Thai office. Responsibilities included standardizing processes and travel to Bangkok to train Thai staff members.

- Account Executive for 20 clients- Hired, trained, and managed a team of 3 staff- Responsible for all service results and relationships with Executive Directors
