Managing national sales firms and in-house customer service, including supervision of two employees. Administering key customer accounts, including order processing, and shipping. Managed cash receipts, accounts receivables, credit and collections. Organize, manage, and attend annual industry trade shows. Assisted with production, shipping, and general office management. Facilitating key aspects of the merger and expansion of two companies. I also participated in product development (yes, we do get to play lots of games).
