Over past 5 months I have been responsible for the management of a website publishing project that will be the hub of everything the business does in the future for their customers and subscribers.

My role was to implement technology-based solutions, primarily through delivery of an integrated floor plan linked to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. My role will require direct engagement with the central IT and Project Management Office function and associated external suppliers. I will be involved in all aspects of the solution throughout the delivery life cycle whilst ensuring appropriate communications, training and business as usual support as we transition from legacy systems to an integrated floor plan and CRM covering the UK, Russia, Turkey, Asia and ITE Brands globally.

My role as the Product manager for Event Experience sets out to activate delegate intelligence onsite for high profile events in the UK, Europe and Rest of the World. I have built an ROI reporting platform that brings together derived, fact and behavioural data to enable reporting to exhibitors on their lead performance, content activation plus other valuable ROI metrics.For the event visitor this has culminated in delivering an end-to-end digital experience, platform and suite of capabilities. This has helped to remove physical friction and onsite barriers at events, improving the on-site event experience using Internet of Things technologies such as BLE, RFID and NFC. One of my biggest successes has been in the operationalisation of the management of VIPs and Speakers at events:• Developed and iteratively built a speaker management app with a third party provider that has now managed over 2500 speakers in 2017 and potentially double that in 2018. • Provided an airport welcome to 500 Platinum delegates attending the Cannes Lions festival using wearables, iBeacons and a VIP app developed internally. • The delivery of targeted services such as onsite concierge to a defined number of people/sponsors per events. For the exhibitor this has meant the productionisation of a data collection and analysis platform:• Providing reporting and visualisation through the design, development and integration of enterprise scale solutions in real time and post event. • Bringing 50+ different data sources together which enables account managers and other stakeholders to communicate and evidence the effectiveness of the events to all exhibitors. For the business this has meant operationalising the experience intelligence service and offering the capability to a large number of Ascential events, evidencing success and highlighting areas of improvement across a portfolio of 35 leading events in the UK and abroad for a FTSE 250 Events and Media company.

Responsible for leading on the delivery of a varied portfolio of new IT products for Kew and iterations to existing products that meet user needs.Key achievements;• Developed the initial idea, proof of concept and business case to secure funding for an innovative mobile app project using Bluetooth iBeacon technology • Delivered the mobile app in both Apple and Android markets within 12 months that uses one of the largest iBeacon networks in the country for an outdoor visitor attraction in 2015• Streamlined WIFI at 60 locations within Kew, linking staff profiles to active directory and adopting a user-first approach for visitor sign up that included email collection for future marketing• Recognised thought leader for iBeacon technology and mobile contextual delivery

Managed a web team consisting of three people with line management of two Oracle developers. Responsible for the creation of the digital roadmap for the organisation which included web, intranet, video projects, mobile apps, email marketing, CRM and the creation of all social media channels for one of the largest NHS institutions in the country.• Developed and launched new website redesign and clinical services online development, expanding information for the public and GP community from 60 services to over 200 - increasing web traffic by 400% as a result • Project managed the production of 100 videos and associated YouTube channel, and a website that received 500,000 views a year and excellent patient feedback• Project managed a major intranet redesign for 10,000 staff and SharePoint roll out• Worked with internal stakeholders to develop social media strategies for Twitter, blogs, e-communications and web chats • Trained 150 publishers to use the new systems to update content
