I'm the leader of Dignity, a networked movement for change in Rural Africa. I often find myself pioneering new ways in which to help Africa's poor recover a sense of Dignity, passion and calling that revitalises lives and provides skills to many remote people in Africa. The last five years has seen my organisation Dignity train and inspire thousands of people and that is no exaggeration! We've seen many lives changed for the better! We continue to train and run teams of local team members who work to change the 'bush' in the power and might of Jesus Christ. I often work in difficult circumstances and excel in finding entry points into situations that seem difficult to penetrate. Over the many years I have made ministries work where people have simply told me they could not. I feel a sense of fulfilment form that and I believe it speaks for itself.Saying all of that, there is a part of me that would like to take all of the credit. I do think it is more to do with the God that I follow rather than simply the skills that I possess....... He is the one that leads me and always will be.Both Dignity and myself will continue to find ways in which we can make God's heart, power and concern a reality in rural communities everywhere.
