From the early days of Viator (US Employee #3) and Tiqets (US and Asia Employee #1) as well as helping to launch concepts like City Sightseeing USA, Smart Destinations, and Walks, LLC, I'm a GTM veteran who can build a high performing and loyal team, and coach them to new heights, breaking sales records at venerable longstanding institutions like Empire State Building. I'm honored that my work at Tiqets, Walks, and SanSee has been been nominated or won awards on a global scale.Never one to shy away from a challenge or pass a buck, my background is broad: JD in law, MS in Epidemiology, and BS in Geography, topped with experience in HR, PR, Logistics, Industrial Hygiene, Aviation, International Growth, Project Management, and Creating Tours, all the way down to delivering over 100 puppies to their new homes across the country through a side business called Scooby D'Uber which I started with my daughter.

A globally unique system covering all verticals of the local visitor industry, we moved beyond the traditional sustainable travel certifications and addresses a wide variety of industry issues, from executive pay to light pollution, from guest satisfaction to communicable disease.Over 100 community and cause advocacy groups ranging from human trafficking to autism friendly travel contributed wisdom to the program, as well as industry groups across the hospitality and travel realm to create a set of criteria to evaluate and recognize positive efforts from the industry.We then formed a committee of 30+ advisors from community, government and industry to debate, field test, and run culture and reality checks on the proposal. We aligned with state government to make sure it met the stringent brand guidelines and navigated complex legal issues with the Attorney Generalʻs Office.Within 1 week of launch, the program reached its annual goals.
