Over the last 7 years my role involved leading 40-50 individuals across 3 teams concurrently: • Macquarie Capital Team – Independent oversight of Macquarie Capital including approval of all new equity investments globally. • Enterprise Risk Team – Establishment of a new team to own enterprise risk frameworks and address gaps through establishing projects with stakeholders in businesses and support groups.• Operational Risk Frameworks Team – Ownership of the Operational Risk Management Framework including assurance, board reporting, capital framework, systems & tools and APRA relationships.Other roles include leading oversight of Macquarie Asset Management, Sydney Metro, targeted APRA reviews.
