- Onboarded as part of a turnaround strategy for the digital agency.- Helped lead a high impact content campaign to position the agency as an ecommerce implementation leader.- Together with the Platinum Seed’s research head, launched a pioneering study on e-commerce in Africa that positioned the agency alongside Visa and the African Ecommerce Forum. The result was unprecedented media coverage, speaker opportunities and client growth.

- Brief was to help launch the SaaS platform as the first choice for influencer marketing in South Africa and beyond. - Exceeded goals on this project by helping to create Africa’s first large-scale research study on social influence.
