- Implemented and maintained categorizations of a new supplier spend analysis tool, capturing $1B in indirect spend from multiple sources including SAP and Bank of America- On-boarded vendors through the contract management lifecycle that resulted in over $750K in identified savings- Managed over PetSmart’s $8M travel program including hotel, airline and rental car negotiations including RFQ’s and customer service inquiries- Oversaw the EMS (Energy Management System) of more than 1,500 PetSmart stores and utilized problem solving skills to resolve lighting and HVAC issues with the Facilities team and store leaders- Worked interdepartmentally with Facilities, Finance and Lease Administration to create and issue the $93M utilities budget and report variances of actual to budget on a monthly basis- Tracked company savings of 150+ projects resulting in $27M of EBITDA savings for 2017 and reported results monthly to Private Equity partners and the senior leadership team- Performed ad-hoc reporting of various sourcing activities including bid and scenario evaluations that were presented to business partners for review, including TCO models and savings verification
