Chesapeake's principal's wide experience covers a wide spectrum of commercial real estate, from the development of raw land, industrial, office, and retail properties to large master-planned business parks. I opened the Phoenix, AZ. office in 1984 and completed the development (and sale) of two master-planned office parks in Scottsdale, AZ. I was subsequently named Partner in charge of Development at the Woodbridge headquarters office in Minnetonka, MN.
