Primary responsibility is developing, deploying, & measuring a Business Management System designed to identify areas for improvement while driving business metrics and behavior to improve overall customer satisfaction.

Currently responsible for building and expanding the newly created Enterprise Storage product portfolio to ensure maximum ROI and plan achievement.

Owned and managed the end to end P&L for LenovoEMC, this included all FP&A activities as well as implementing a disciplined portfolio prioritization process that resulted in significant expense reduction while stabilizing revenue and profit.

As the Controller for the world wide WorkStation Business Unit, I owned and manage the E2E P&L for Lenovo’s WorkStation business. This includes all FP&A activities on revenue over $400M annually from geographies around the globe primarily consisting of NA, EMEA, China, & Asia Pacific.

Oversaw the development and ROI analysis of the entire commercial PC portfolio (ThinkPad) which was the primary driver for Lenovo becoming the #1 PC maker in the world; key contributor to the team that created a new SMB PC brand (ThinkPad Edge) which has grown at a significant premium to market since its existence in 2011.
