Sold and negotiated Membership Rewards participation to two new partners, L’Occitane and Cole Haan, at favorable conditions for American Express. Developed and presented business pitches for a new Premium Membership Rewards tier, resulting in signing of Neiman Marcus and Zegna.Initiated Bloomingdale’s Membership Rewards partnership. Responsibilities included assisting with closing of contract, establishing initial operations, generating marketing strategy, and overseeing the new partnership. Presented value story of first year of partnership to Bloomingdale’s CEO and executive leadership team, resulting in Bloomingdale’s extending their participation in Membership Rewards for an additional three years at favorable pricing to American Express. Assisted in negotiations with Saks Fifth Avenue and Home Depot. Both partners renewed participation in program for long term deals at favorable pricing.Served as Membership Rewards partner manager for Home Depot, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdale’s, Dell, Lands’ End, Sports Authority, and Smith & Hawken. Maintained overall relationships, reported program results to partner contacts at all levels to ensure partner satisfaction and fulfillment of partner goals for program participation, and led creation and execution of joint marketing campaigns. Campaigns resulted in over $2 million in incremental spend and over $300K in additional revenue. Ranked in top 20% of peers at American Express based on goal achievement and leadership.
