My name is Jon Pontius and there are two things I believe in more than anything else in this world. The first is "hard work". It doesn't matter what you do in this world you should do it with 100% of your ability. It doesn't matter if you are a bus driver or a trader on the stock exchange. You should put 100% of your effort into every job and endeavor you pursue in life.I believe that if an individual puts forth their best effort they can accomplish anything. That is how I have lived my life from a young age and have never failed to reach a goal. Even, in adversary if you do your best to stand back up, you will never fail. That is how I have moved on from being a kid from a town with 1000 people to receiving master's degrees from NYU and an MBA from University of Hawaii.The second principal I believe in is "Loyalty". It's important to form trust with the people in your life. (Friends, families, work). To me this means letting those people know they can count on you in any circumstance. This is especially important in a work setting or managerial setting where the people around you need to know you're committed.
