I'm a seasoned energy industry professional with managerial experiences in 5 major electric utilities in the U.S. and clean energy greenfield development and M&A experience in the U.S. and international markets. I'm passionate to serve over 1.5 million customers in the State of Nevada and 40 million tourists annually as Regulatory Director at NV Energy, a public utility which generates, transmits and distributes electric service to northern and southern Nevada and provides natural gas service to the Reno-Sparks metropolitan area. I’m responsible for contributing to the responsible development, management and implementation of legally, financially and administratively complex regulatory filings with the Nevada Public Utility Commission and FERC. My current role interfaces with all departments in the regulated utility and leverages on my background working with generation, transmission and distribution departments and in regulatory, business development, strategic planning and legal functions.Prior to joining NV Energy, I worked at Dominion Energy, PG&E, Duke Energy and Kinder Morgan and at IPP Origis Energy. I've worked across geographies in the U.S. and internationally and have managed transformative investment programs totaling US$60B in U.S. and US$2B across Latin America, including responsibility for team leadership, greenfield infrastructure and acquisition and divestitures development, organizational planning and restructuring, regulatory negotiations and corporate investment policy development.
