Superintend the installation, repair, maintenance, and decommissioning of complex, multi-module production equipment within a team of maintenance mechanics across the Interconnect, Tubing and Metals sub-verticals at the Wilsonville, Oregon plant.● In coordination with the facility consolidation project team, the multi-module grinding productionequipment from the Tualatin facility was successfully relocated to the Wilsonville facility within the scheduled 1 month window.● Assessed and repaired automated production equipment that utilize PLC- and/or PC-based control systems. Diagnosed and repaired data network issues both from the mechanical and software perspective. Replaced and reprogrammed controls (e.g. - PLC, PC, HMI, drives) using the necessary programming tools and released equipment software. Reassessed equipment after repair to verify equipment is operational and all safety controls are in place.● Identified and procured replacements for obsolete controls in production equipment. Developed and implemented software and hardware modifications to the equipment to support the new components. Updated equipment documentation to reflect the modifications upon successful completion of upgrades.● Completed final electro-mechanical integration of a build-to-drawing tubing expansion equipment from a third-party vendor.
