Early Engineering Engagement (EEE) and FEED Technical Lead for FEED studies, Early Engineering Engagements (EEE), and Subsea Production System (SPS) Tenders including for ExxonMobil, Pemex, Chevron, and BHP Billiton Engagements. • Technical Lead for the inter-company Cameron / ExxonMobil (XOM) Subsea Technical Alignment Initiative, resulting in a dramatic shift in customer perception and receptiveness to tendered systems. • Devised and implemented a process for reviewing exceptions and qualifications (EQ’s) on system tenders to focus on prioritization by risk, resulting in an order of magnitude reduction in EQ’s.• Implemented a new vehicle to estimate materials and welding requirements for SPS tenders, drastically reducing the process time to respond to Customer-driven requirements. • Created a process map for the Project Execution Systems Engineering Process from Contract Award through SIT. Cameron/OneSubsea use the process map now for training purposes and to develop project execution schedules.
