Responsible for oversight of all operations of the company, including supervision of all operations staff, management of wholesale accounts, and the execution of all customer retention and growth initiatives. Assist in the marketing of individual projects and of the business overall. Collaborate on a daily basis with key members in each department to maintain consistent, smooth, efficient operations. Manage new product releases, promotions, and overall sales growth.
