Described as “a brilliant innovation” and “excellent” by the CTO and CIO respectively.Created bespoke VBA-based email platform ‘Ping’ used by every UK retail store, with an accompanying admin interface used by retail HQ support teams. Replaced existing license-based platform ‘Egain’. Programmed with dynamic SQL generation capable of creating over 2,000 dynamic reports. Developed version 2 of Retail Reality (training system) to include users' lifetime development data, and allow for decoupled login/process applications by using XML to persist data between file closures and start-up. Created feedback application with a 0% loss of submitted data, replacing the existing web-based version which had an almost 100% loss rate.Restructured intranet portal to reduce time taken to find content (avg. 91% decrease).
