Jonathan is a seasoned supply chain executive with experience leading large, global organizations based in both North America and Asia. Currently, Jonathan serves as Vice President, U.S. End-to-End Supply Chain Operations at Kenvue (formerly Johnson & Johnson Consumer Healthcare). As a member of the North America Leadership Team, Jonathan holds responsibilities for the overall U.S. Operations business plan including; integrated business planning, customer operations and partners with SAP S4 deployment teams. Prior to joining Kenvue, Jonathan served as Vice President, North America Integrated Planning & Customer Supply Chain at the Estée Lauder Companies, where he was responsible for Demand Planning and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) across NA omnichannel distribution, led the Joint Business Plan (JBP) with key accounts, and oversaw the creation of the Global Customer Supply Chain Center of Excellence. During his 6 years at Estée Lauder Companies, Jonathan held roles leading the Global Make Up Category Supply Chain and as the Chief Supply Chain Officer for the Clinique Brand with responsibilities for New Product Innovation, Supply and Demand Planning, Global Business Planning, and Organization Transformation. Previously, Jonathan served in various senior leadership positions at both Coty and Procter & Gamble. At Coty, he served as Executive Director, Commercial Operations, Demand, and S&OP within the $4B+ Consumer Beauty Division at Coty Inc. He led the creation of the Coty Beauty Demand Forecasting and Business Planning processes during Coty’s merger with P&G Specialty Beauty business and was responsible for Merger Integration Projects and Global Business Planning. During his time at Procter & Gamble, Jonathan held various roles spanning Manufacturing, Global Planning, New Product Development, and Go-to-Market Planning across Prestige and Mass Channels.Jonathan leverages his nearly 20 years of experience within the beauty industry, and experiences living in Asia, to deliver innovative supply chain solutions, with a passion for organization/talent development. He is a graduate from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University with a degree in Supply Chain Management and holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Xavier University.
