CurrentI lead the eBusiness organization at Illumina. In this role I am responsible for over $1B of eCommerce channel revenue, operations, B2B integrations and associated eCommerce adoption metrics. I also lead the web team who owns all things illumina.com including strategy and growth targets alongside our digital demand channel. In addition, I lead the Technical Writing Organization delivering the majority of product documentation and communications globally.

In this role, I was responsible for the results and strategy of all Tektronix digital properties. In 2018, I created the Digital Experience Team which drove digital transformation priorities across the global commercial organization. These changes included standard work for customer experience projects, SLA’s for internal services, use of agile methodology in web development, standard digital funnel reporting, and adoption of specific VOC metrics. At Tektronix, I was also part of two long-term growth accelerator project teams tasked with commercial innovation across Fortive. In the most recent, I led a team at another Fortive operating company (Gilbarco Veeder-Root) with the goal of innovating payment product offerings within high-growth regions.
