As the Senior Director of Carrier and Provisioning Management, I oversee the ordering of all Virtual Numbers ensuring that our online shopping Cart is stocked, https://orders.avoxi.com/ , with over 1000+ different Number types sourcing them from 30+ Vendors worldwide. Additionally reviewing and negotiating with carriers making sure AVOXI can offer a compelling offering. Additionally, I also oversee all of the outbound calling cost across 15+ Carriers worldwide so we can offer our clients a cost-effective way to call out internationally. Along with the above duties, I also oversee all Number Poting Duties, Participate in our Command Center, a Senior Troubleshooting Team, Participate in Product Road Map discussions and Gross Margin Uplifts across the company.

In my role here at AVOXI, I work as a link between the Customer Operations and other departments within AVOXI including but not limited to Sales, Carrier Relations and Production Operations. My main focus is to make sure that the end service we deliver to our clients is of the standard they expect. The goal is to fix the issue before the clients get affected. Yet, I also work with our Senior Technical team on a daily reviewing all aspects of our Network and Call Processing. When our Enterprise clients raise major concerns I am the link between the client and our Senior Technical team.
