I started my career back in 2007 as a Service Specialist at Edward Jones. In that capacity I assisted branch teams with creating financial plans for over 40,000 clients and prospective clients. Through the years I developed into one of the key subject matter experts and project coordinator on Edward Jones' portfolio and financial assessment software. In that capacity I was fortunate enough to have been heavily involved in the creation of our innovative, portfolio management, retirement planning, and Social Security tools.In 2015 I moved to New York and began working as a consultant for UBS on DOL Fiduciary rule tool updates. After several months as a consultant I was offered a full time role as a business analyst for our client review tools. In this capacity I lead efforts in building new reports and systems for our Advisors to utilize with their clients. Some of the key deliverables I've worked on in my role include launching new advisory account reviews, new Structured Investment reporting, and leading the initiative to create goals based client reviews. I have also been heavily involved in writing the client review business requirements and executing the firm's Broadridge conversion.I have a passion for technology and financial planning and am always looking for new ideas and opportunities to leverage technology in order to help clients achieve their financial goals.CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:•Managed and led 15 full scale software implementations, used by 17,000 Financial Advisors throughout the US.•Partnered with our Structured Products business team to create a product specifc report that allowed their desk to retire their current custom report.•Released the first goals based client review report into UBS' portfolio management suite of reports.•Redesigned and standardized post implementation reporting across functions to simplify and add consistency for financial planning and portfolio management software releases, enhancing senior management to make timely, informed decisions. •Increased bottom-line growth by nine full time equivalents during contact prevention and reduction efforts, enhancing workplace efficiencies. Savings the department over $450,000 in additional annualized labor costs.•Core project team member responsible for the creation of client goals on hundreds of thousands of statements which Dalbar referred to as "groundbreaking."
