 Responsible for sales and operations of the company, including subsidiaries in Mexico and Canada. Led or participated in multiple divestitures of divisions and equipment to reduce debt by over $100mm and streamline operations: Celadon Logistics ($160mm revenue), A&S Kinard ($200mm revenue), Celadon Flatbed ($30mm revenue), 700+ refrigerated trailers, 600+ flatbed trailers. Part of the leadership team responsible for refinancing $165mm in company debt completed in July 2019.

Created a $160mm+ revenue company by leveraging an existing 100k sq. ft. single customer warehouse operation into a full service 3PL offering truckload brokerage, warehousing, LTL consolidation and freight management. Led the sale of the business in April 2019 to P&S Logistics, a One Equity portfolio company. Expanded warehouse operations from a single facility to over 12 locations and 3mm sq. ft. prior to divestitures. Also grew the service offering from basic inventory management to a full suite of value added services: sub-assembly, kitting, re-pack, quality inspection, etc. Cold start of freight brokerage business in 2008. Grew to four locations and over $100mm in revenue. Launched an asset-light LTL Consolidation operation focused on cross-border freight, with an emphasis on U.S.- Mexico truck transportation. Utilized company facilities in Indianapolis, IN, Laredo, TX and Monterrey, MX in combination with 3rd party providers to create a North American network. Prior to the sale, Celadon Logistics generated over $12mm in trailing twelve-month EBITDA with minimal CapEx.

Successfully led the company through multiple exit transactions while maintaining a high rate of growth. In 2014, sold TruckersB2B for an enterprise valuation of $105mm as part of the EFS sale to Warburg Pincus. Increased annual Net Income from $2.5mm to over $8mm by expanding inside sales efforts and the creation of strategic partnerships while maintaining lean operational practices. In 2011, led the formation of a joint venture with EFS, LLC resulting in the sale of 65% of the company and the establishment of a second location in Ogden, UT.

 Responsible for generating over $2.5 million in annual operating income. Initiated, developed and managed partnerships with industry leading vendors including Pilot Flying J, Qualcomm, Michelin, Goodyear, TravelCenters of America, Wabash National, Navistar, Sprint, AT&T and others. Full P&L responsibility including participating in quarterly Board meetings and earnings calls for Celadon Group

 Part of the founding team responsible for hiring and leading all customer service and MIS. Developed all processes to implement new vendors and fleet customers.

 Managed the interest rate, foreign exchange, and liquidity risk associated with the New York Treasury’s non-U.S. Dollar Loan Portfolio. Responsible for hedging the portfolio using interest rate swaps and foreign exchange forward swaps. Coordinated the European Monetary Union conversion process for the New York Treasury for all interest rate and foreign exchange products.
