• Chaired the Renewable Energy Initiative Committee which was responsible for approving, prioritizing, and funding renewable energy projects on campus. Contacted faculty and staff to determine project direction.
• Allocated $120,000 towards 4 projects to be placed on the campus.
• Awarded a seat on the campus sustainability council and sat on the climate action plan committee.
• Provided input for creation of the first Climate Action Plan for ASU whose goal was climate neutrality by 2050.

• Project manager for large scale renewable energy projects. Worked with installation crews on small to mid size residential and commercial installations. Focused on providing the best customer service possible to.
• Installed 18 residential and commercial solar thermal systems which provide 75% of the hot water usage.
• Managed the installation of a 42 panel solar system which provides 90% of hot water and offsets 100,000lbs CO2/yr
• Managed the installation of a 50kW Solar PV system which produces 85,000kWh/yr the equivalent of 12 homes.
• Identified new product vendors which saved the company 35-45% over previous vendors

• Sold solar thermal systems to members, provided technical support to the office and worked on business planning for a recycled vegetable oil pickup business. Impacts:
• Developed a business plan for a used cooking oil collection business including financials and written plan.
• Sold 3 solar thermal systems through cold calling members and supporters of the cooperative.
• Master of Ceremonies at the annual Sustainability Summit with over 500 people in attendance.

• I worked as a contract worker on one large solar photovoltaic installation.Impact:.
• Installed a 100kW Solar PV array at the NC Zoo which produces enough energy to power 20 homes.

• Assisted in the design and installation of renewable energy applications. Helped with the design of systems and procurement of materials. Preformed energy audits and provided weatherization services for low income.
• Installed solar thermal systems for water and heating applications to meet 75-90% of hot water demand.
• Installed a 1kW solar system used for water pumping with an estimated savings of $500/year to client.
• Weatherization, lighting retrofits, insulation and other measures resulted in 40-50% energy savings.
