Project work:• Successfully managed the 11,000 hour effort to implement AEB's first Affordable Care Act (ACA) product. • Scrum master of the first team at AEB to deliver product enhancements using the scrum framework. The project enhanced the customer facing website for self service transactions.• Using the best practices learned on the first scrum team, I became the scrum master of a new scrum team that implemented enhancements to internal applications involved with the enrollment event process. Although none of the 8 team members had prior scrum experience, the team was able to implement into production a new application in only three months.• Project manager of transitioning to the corporate standard HP PPM project management software.• Managed the effort to update internal applications to support the upgrade to the latest version of Internet Explorer.Additional challenges:• Represent the PMO in the agile integration team.
