Helped to make site fully GDPR and CCPA compliant, and with vastly improved accessibility and SEO metrics, which contributed to strong lead and customer growth.

Served as a Front End Web Developer and Migration Team Lead, overseeing content migrations for 2 company acquisitions/mergers. Managed a team of in-house developers and and contractors to successfully migrate all client content and assets from the SharedVue platform, over to the Zift Solutions platform. And later, was successful in doing the same from the Elastic Grid platform.- Coordinated directly with the CTO, accessing and troubleshooting our automated migration tool, which ensured the success of the client migrations.- Work with the VP of Services and Project Management to address client needs, scope timelines and requirements, and keep everything on track for our aggressive timeline.- Worked with the Engineering Department, identifying developmental needs to ensure that migrated clients enjoyed a smooth transition and easy adaptation to the new platform environment, with access to familiar tools.- Was a driving force in the successful migration of approximately 40 clients, including many of the largest tech companies in the world, worth $5-10 Million in revenue.- lead a varying team of up to 10 individuals, made up of in house employees, interns, and outsourced contractors, to get the job done.- Trained and mentored 2 Senior Developers, 3 Junior Developers and 3 Interns, on the company platform, processes, and code.

My time was spent designing, proofing, editing and setting up files for multiple types of digital and screen printing processes.When not engaged in client work, I was tasked with in-house promotional designing, including mailers and trade show displays. Other responsibilities included upkeep and organization of digital assets, including design files, client design standards and inventory, as well as strict tobacco regulatory information.
