- U.S. Navy Corpsman attached to USMC unit was hand selected, attended, and completed Tactical Combat Casualty Care Instructor Course as the junior ranking member of a class of 20. - Returned to my unit where I planned and instructed TCCC classes, as well as evaluated and certified U.S. Marines' proficiency in Combat Life Saver procedures. - Identified deficiency in accountability with CLS certifications on a battalion level that decreased mission readiness and combat effectiveness. With authorization from the Battalion Commander I initiated and coordinated a command program to compile unit CLS certifications, have them submitted into Marine Corps Training Information Management System (MCTIMS) through the cooperation of S-3 , and generated a list for unit personnel who were training deficient.
