Managing a cross-functional program to deliver a wireless network accessory to connect printers to the wireless network. This program team covers the entire product development/delivery lifecycle from concept to product delivery (hardware, firmware, manufacturing, marketing, support, supply chain). Program manager is responsible for directing all functional areas to bring a product to market that meets customer needs in a timely manner within the resource and budget constraints that are committed to.Simultaneously managing another program that is delivering hardware and manufacturing support for another network printing connectivity solution that is replacing currently shipping products. Requires strong partnering and mentoring of a partner organization in India. Both of these programs have included work with international teams and 3rd party partners - negotiating contracts and interfacing with them throughout the project.Managing a team of 7 firmware engineers. The team was responsible for Core Security firmware for LaserJets. Our team was part of a large, worldwide development organization using the Agile development model. All of these firmware components are part of the overall product delivery of Enterprise HP LaserJet products.

Worldwide Engineering Team Lead – leading the manufacturing engineering group that had worldwide supply chain engineering responsibility for IPG (Printing) parts. Includes process development, roles and responsibility management, partner management, and business reporting.Program management of Managed Print Services (MPS) Supplies Fulfillment. Responsible for leading the supply chain team in the EMEA region from solution design through implementation. Negotiating deliverables with internal business partners. Managing overall program definition and implementation across the organization of multiple teams. Program was responsible for cost savings to HP while shipping 50,000 units a month.

Managed the Microsoft Windows Connectivity Program for HP StorageWorks products. Including ensuring all current HP StorageWorks products were tested and certified with Windows Server 2008 at release. Worked with development teams to make sure Windows support was appropriately prioritized, including scheduling, monitoring deliverables, adjusting deliverables and schedule as needed. Deliver program reporting to upper management.
