Devices also provide packet level filtering firewall capabilities.- Designed and implemented a VoIP based phone system to support offices in San Francisco, New York, and Cedar Rapids providing a substantial savings in cost and increased productivity.- Supported 35 SOHO users by providing VoIP, VPN, Remote Desktop, and http based services.- Established secure HTTP, FTP, SMTP, ICA, RDP, and SQL access through use of a DMZ and NAT.- Quadrupled Internet bandwidth in one location and doubled it in another with less than a 15% increase in overall costs. - Converted three distinct business groups from separate ‘home grown’ Filemaker Pro systems into a single hosted CRM system.
